Acceptance of Terms

By using Carservicenyc's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to ensure vehicle availability, especially during peak times and holidays.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Wait Time Policy

For airport pickups, we provide complimentary wait time following flight arrival. Additional wait time may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Damage to vehicles may result in additional charges.

Liability

Carservicenyc is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles.
